you have already left school)
Cost: £1.00 per session

When and where does Youth Theatre meet?
Where: At Steep Turnpike Church, Matlock.
When: Every Monday during term time
Times:
6.15 - 7.15pm - for years 7 - 9
7.30 - 8.30pm - for year 10+ ages
How do I join Youth Theatre?

CONSENT
FORM, ask a parent/carer to sign it, and bring it with you. There
is also a LETTER
you can download which tells your parents more about the group.
What will happen at Youth Theatre?
Warm ups, games, drama exercises, improvisation and role play, scripts, discussion and performance!!!!!
What's the point of Youth Theatre?
To have Fun! To make new friends. To enjoy working creatively with other young people. To learn new skills. To perform to other young people, family and friends

What do I need to bring?
- The weekly £1.00 per session .
- A pencil and notebook or folder might be useful.
- Soft shoes (see 'what to wear', below)
- You also need to bring a sense of humour and a willingness to join in everything!
What do I need to wear?
Wear loose clothes (jeans and T shirt are fine) and soft
shoes (trainers, plimsolls, jazz shoes)
What if I can't act?
It doesn't matter. Come along and have fun! You don't have to be the
word's greatest actor to enjoy drama, you just have to be prepared to have a
go!
What if I've left school already?
No problem – school leavers and young people who are already in the
workplace are just as welcome as everyone else!
Steep Turnpike Youth Theatre is definately not just for young people
who are still in full time education.
